1. If the order is out of stock, buyer can choose other items or full refund。 2. Normally, we will not accept any exchange or refund . 3. The returned product must be in a new state and completely packaged. Please maintain the integrity of the product, accessories, warranty card, packaging, and all accompanying items. 4. We will not accept Improper use or disassembly of the product packaging may cause malfunction, damage, scratches, or dirt. 5. We will not accept the product has been registered warranty or repaired. 6. Customers must return the gifts that were included with the purchase, otherwise we will need to deduct the value of the gifts. 7. Customers must provide the original invoice. 8. Personal items(Headphone、Face mask、Toothbrush、Sunglasses..)or Consumable Products,We will not accept any return or exchange. 9. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold and delivered to the assigned address with *customer's signature. * Customer here refers to anybody who signs at the delivered address, includes but not limited to customer, family members, housemaid, renovation representatives and distributors. |
